Introduction
The Casa Molino is in an up-market residential area beside the western end of Lake Llanquihue (pronounced yan-kee-way), just north of the village of Puerto Varas. The house is large with 11 very spacious and decorated tastefully to a high-quality level.
The house is located 3km from the centre of Puerto Varas, however, the road leading to the house requires existing from Puerto Varas to go over the main Route 5 road, then take a country lane parallel to the Route 5 to a point where you need to turn back and go under the Route 5 leading to the lake side. On the other hand the walk along the old railway track to the village is 15mins or by bike, even quicker.

About
This 11 bedroomed, boutique hotel sits in the middle of a large grass garden directly facing the Lake Llanquihue and the perfectly conical, snow-covered Osorno volcano on the opposite end of the lake.
The spacious house has been decorated internally as a traditional, country-style lodge and personifies the idea of a boutique hotel – small, warm and personal.
The small restaurant has a menu specially prepared for our guests, combining a selection of southern Chilean varieties with an international touch.
The tranquillity of the location allows for bird watching as well as just relaxing. There is also a small beach, with jetty, accessible from the end of the garden.

The hotel is located 3km from the centre of Puerto Varas, north of the village, on the lake shore.

The eleven rooms of Casa Molino are individual, spacious, we decorated and finished to a high level. Each room is named after a village, lake or river of the area.

Frutillar Room
Located at the first floor, Frutillar is a cozy 35 m² room, which has 1 King size bed, a living room, a desk and has its own terrace with direct access to the garden. It has a beautiful view of Llanquihue Lake, Osorno and Tronador volcanoes.
