Introduction
The Full W Trek encompasses three, different valleys. Running east to west, these are: The Ascensio Valley, the end of which is the TORRES BASE; the FRENCH VALLEY (in the middle of the trail), and on the western arm, the GREY LAKE and GLACIER GREY.
This itinerary will allow you to do a full day hike to each of the three valleys – BUT return back to the privacy and comfort of your hotel room, with en-suite bathroom.
Accommodation is at Puerto Natales.
Torres Base, French Valley & Grey Glacier Valley
Total hike time to the Torres Base and back: 21.8km / 13.6 mi – 9hrs hiking
Paine Grande – French Valley:
Total hike time if to the French Valley Viewpoint and out is: 17.7km / 11mi – 8hrs hiking.
Total hike time if to the French Valley Camp Britanico and out is: 24.1km / 15mi – 10hrs hiking.
Paine Grande – Grey: 11km / 6.8mi – 4hrs hiking.
Your Day-By-Day Itinerary
NIGHT: Private transfer to your hotel in Puerto Natales. Night at hotel.
Pick-up at 06:30hrs and private transfer to the bus terminal. Depart from Puerto Natales on the regular bus at 07:00hrs. Arrive to Laguna Amarga in Torres del Paine and board the shuttle to the Welcome Centre.
Breakfast served and box lunch handed to you.
NIGHT: Return to the Welcome Centre, take the shuttle to Laguna Amara and then board the regular bus back to Puerto Natales. Private transfer back to your hotel for the night.
Breakfast served and box lunch handed to you. Pick-up at 06:30hrs and your private transfer will take you to the bus terminal for the regular bus departure at 07:00hrs. Get off the bus at PUDETO in Torres del Paine from where you will board the catamaran to cross the lake to Paine Grande.
NIGHT: Arrive back to the Paine Grande, board the catamaran for the 25min navigation across Lake Pehoe to Pudeto. Here, you will board the regular bus back to Puerto Natales and be met by your private transfer to take you back to your hotel. Night at your hotel.
Breakfast served and box lunch handed to you. Pick-up at 06:30hrs and your private transfer will take you to the bus terminal for the regular bus departure at 07:00hrs. Get off the bus at PUDETO in Torres del Paine from where you will board the catamaran to cross the lake to Paine Grande.
The hike today will take you to the panoramic viewpoint looking over Lake Grey and the Glacier Grey in the distance.
Upon arrival to Refugio Grey your options today are:
1 – Go and visit the hanging bridges before hiking back to Paine Grande.
2 – Hike back to Paine Grande.
3 – Depart from Grey by boat across Grey Lake to Hotel Grey* will be treated as an extra cost and must be pre-booked. Also required will be an extra cost to arrange a return bus from Hotel Grey to Puerto Natales.
Hiking Back to Paine Grande: Allow 4hrs from Refugio Grey.
Arrive back to the Paine Grande, board the catamaran for the 2min navigation across Lake Pehoe to Pudeto. Here, you will board the regular bus back to Puerto Natales and be met by your private transfer to take you back to your hotel. Night at your hotel.

Your private transfer will come to collect you and take you to the Puerto Natales airport or bus terminal.
